Things you should know before the race!!  Attention all Run-4-Jared Team Members:

• All team members will adhere to the Tussey Mountain Back Official rules and regulations. Please take some time to read the rules, understand the runner rotation orders, review the course map and race transition zones.
• All race registrations must be made on line this year!! Your Team Captain is responsible to set up.
• If you commit to running on a run-4-jared relay team; you will be assigned to a team and a team captain.
• Your team captain will inform you of team name and when regstration is set up on line. Payment is made on during the on-line registration.
• Your TMB race packet with the TMB T-shirt  will be picked up by your team captain at the TusseyMountainBack scheduled race packet pick up times. The team captain will distribute the packets on race day morning.
• All Run-4-Jared T-Shirts will be available at the Oct 22nd at race packet pickup.  We hope you intend to wear it during the race to promote the Jared Box Project.
• Pledge cards should be used to record the committed pledges from your sponsors, it is not necessary to collect dollars at the time of the pledge. However you will be responsible to collect the pledge before submitting to The Jared Box Project.
• Please have all pledge cards available for pick up on race day morning for your team captain.
• Your team captain is responsible to coordinate availabilty of a team vehicle, he/she may make a request to the team to see if the proper size vehicle is available from one of the team members; please be supportive in apying your fair share of gas or the vehicle rental fee if neccessary. Run-4-Jared is not responsible to coordinate of supply the race vehicle.
• All team vehicles on the course race day will require registration; be certain to complete this during the TMB race packet pick up times. You should have more then one driver registered.
• The Run-4-Jared campaign will issue your team captain a gift card for local groceries and a gas card. Please consider the limited space available in your support vehicle as you pack for the race.
• This race consists of roads traveling through state parks and mountain areas; please instruct your race fans to use the public accessible areas for viewing and cheering as listed on the TusseyMountainBack website. They may want to join our Cheer Squad!
• Please plan to arrive about 45 minutes early on race day; we would really like to get some photos of your team before race start. Note your team race vehicle must have all its team members at the start "ready to go" 15-20 minutes before the assigned start time. So 45 minutes early is cutting it close!
